Welcome to º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓÆµâ€™s Office of Human Resources (H.R.). We are responsible for a variety of functions and services relating to Personnel/Human Resources.
H.R. is the central office for maintaining the official personnel records for all faculty and staff of the University.
Other responsibilities of this office include the processing of all employment appointments; advising faculty and staff regarding staffing and employee policies and procedures, compensation, benefits, and state and federal rules and regulations concerning employment; employee relations and staff development including on-site workshops and training, new employee orientation; disseminate information about employee benefits; coordinate worker’s compensation claims. Our office also is responsible for the Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity programs for the University.
